You have the ability to place the button bar anywhere on screen. There is a new preference option call 'Button Bar Offset'. By default this is 0, which means the button bar will show on bottom of screen. This value is the number of pixels the button bar should be moved up. So if you put a value of 200 the button bar will show near the center of screen. You can also choose the color of the buttons in the preference
THIS DOES NOT WORK ON ALL PHONES... This uses a work around of API to intercept the call and may not work with all phones. We have tested and know that it works with the following:
